The four promises
Four things, each one a thing we do rather than a thing the software does. Nobody has to take our word for what happens later.
Her first report, free.
Send us one boat. We build her checklist from what is actually aboard her, and you have her finished report inside a week. Before you pay anything, and on your own boat rather than a tidy example.
Your price is locked for five years.
The rate you sign up at is the rate you pay for five years, for as long as the subscription runs without a break. If the list price goes up, yours does not. That is not a discount that quietly expires; it is the price.
Your records leave with you.
Every photo, every check, every report belongs to you. Ask any time and we hand you the lot, including on the way out the door. Nothing here is built to make leaving expensive.
Your techs, or the month is on us.
If your techs need training to run a check, tell us and that month costs you nothing. A tool your crew will not pick up is worth nothing, so we carry that risk, not you.
What we do not promise
Anyone can write four promises. Here is what we will not claim, because a page that only claims is a page nobody believes.
A report is not a survey.
It records her condition and readiness on the day she was checked. It is not carried out by an accredited surveyor and it does not replace a pre-purchase, insurance or damage survey.
We never grade a boat from a photograph.
A person aboard picks what is true. Condition is a judgment with liability attached, and no model makes it here.
We do not promise your owners will read it.
We promise they can, from a link, without an account, on their phone, and that it says what you did.
We do not promise nothing will ever break.
Boats break. What we promise is that when one does, you can show what was checked, when, and what it looked like.
